Telering adjusts Passt! tariffs in response to regulator’s objections

T-Mobile Austria’s brand Telering is adjusting its Passt! data roaming tariffs by adding 1 GB extra for data in Austria and the EU, plus Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein and 30 minutes international calls to the EU, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein and Switzerland.

The tariffs include unlimited calls and SMS in Austria and the EU by default. The operator had been offering the same tariffs but without data roaming, which raised the objections of regulator RTR. Telering says the adjustment of the tariffs is in response to the RTR’s objections. Tariffs without data roaming include unlimited calls and SMS in Austria and the EU. Data packages for roaming can be added on, starting at EUR 9 for 4 GB.

Young customers under 27 get an additional 1 GB with every Passt! smartphone tariff.
