We have already prepared memoranda with all the countries from the Western Balkans. We will start with Macedonia, Transport Minister Ivaylo Moskovski told journalists at the National Assembly in reference to dropping of roaming charges in the Western Balkans, FOCUS News Agency reports.
“The process at EU level will take longer, we as a state will speed it up. I want to stress that these are memoranda at national level, not European, it is our country with the respective Western Balkan country.”
“They give a green light to operators to cut prices for voice and text messaging, and the Internet,” Ivaylo Moskovski said, adding that it is realistic to expect dropping of roaming charges for the Western Balkans during the Bulgarian Presidency.
